Corporate Documents/ Contracts Drafting and ReviewingServices

We specialise in drafting all types of corporate documents according to the type of company structure and legal requirements in accordance with Kuwaiti Companies law. We also offer professional drafting/reviewing (including marking up of drafts) of commercial, technical, investment or any form of business contracts in both Arabic and English languages. Criminal Law Services for Corporates and Individuals

Our Firm handles criminal cases throughout all Kuwaiti courts. We represent clients accused of criminal offenses in Kuwait.
